10 min — Have a quick question or need a fast review of your supplements? This short visit is great for simple follow-ups where you just need a quick answer or a small adjustment — nothing too in-depth.
25 min — This appointment is a great fit if you need to go over recent lab results, take a fresh look at your supplement plan, or talk about a new symptom or issue that’s pretty straightforward. It’s also the right choice if you’re due for a quick brain balancing session.
40 min — Choose this appointment if you have two or more things you’d like to talk about, you’re coming in for a focused brain integration session, or it’s been about a year since you’ve seen Dr. Christensen. This gives you both enough time to look at the full picture and make a solid plan.
60 min — This is the appointment to book when you have three or more concerns to work through, or when you’re ready for an in-depth brain integration or body balancing session. It’s also the best fit when you want a thorough review of both your supplements and lab work all in one visit, so everything gets the attention it deserves.
